	Mary Huth Shute, age 70, of the 204 area, Tamaroa, passed away Thursday morning, June 9, 2005 in the Pinckneyville Community Hospital.  
	Mary was born on July 7, 1934 in Pinckneyville, a daughter to Henry W. and Velma J. (Jenkel) Huth.  She was a member of the Holts Prairie Baptist Church in Pinckneyville, and was formerly a secretary/bookkeeper at Thermogas in Du Quoin.  She enjoyed quilting, piano, Bingo, crocheting,
embroidering, was a fabulous cook and loved her family.
	Survivors include: one son, Lonnie and Sue Shute of Pinckneyville; two daughters, Tiffany and Danny Malott of Pinckneyville, and Terry and Allen George of Pinckneyville; one brother, Charles and Pat Huth of Ava; three sisters, Betty Bishop of Du Quoin, Shirley and Ben Welsch of Pinckneyville, and Linda and Nathan Sullivan of Croton, Ohio; one sister-in-law, Karen Huth
of Ava; one aunt, Ernestine Rushing of Pinckneyville, eight grandchildren, Zachary and Tami Dunihoo, Amber and Kevin Bathon, Jennifer and Jayd Jokisch, Tyler Shute, Travis Shute, Laci George, Morgan Malott, and Trevor Shute; seven great-grandchildren; several cousins; and numerous nieces and nephews.
	She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, David Huth; and three brothers-in-law, Jack Bishop, Bob Place, and Richard Rackley
	Funeral Services will be held at the Holts Prairie Baptist Church on Saturday, June 11, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. with Brother Collin Hirsch officiating.  Interment will be in Holts Prairie Cemetery.
	Friends may call at Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home, Pinckneyville on Friday from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and then at Holts Prairie Baptist Church on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services.
	Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
